Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Areas & Delivery Time
We provide worldwide standard shipping to most countries.
- United States & Canada: 7–18 business days
- Europe: 10–22 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–25 business days
- Asia & other regions: 12–28 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by customs, weather, airline, or postal service issues.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination country.
We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount during promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package on the official carrier website using this number.
5. Unsupported Addresses
We currently do NOT ship to:
- PO boxes
- APO / FPO military addresses
- Countries with strict import restrictions
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by the destination country.
The buyer is fully responsible for all customs-related charges.
We do not control or predict these fees.
7. Lost, Damaged or Missing Items
- Lost in transit: Contact us within 30 days of the shipping date for investigation.
- Damaged items: Send clear photos of the package and product within 7 days of delivery.
- Missing items: Notify us immediately if your package arrives incomplete.
8. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed status, we will refund the product price minus original shipping fees.
